It Is Finished, Now Go And Do It

The source of what I need is as close to me as my heart and my mouth. Whatever I need can be found in God's Word and if God's Word is in my heart and in my mouth, then what I confess out of my mouth will bring the supply of what I need.

Now I can hear a bunch of you right now saying, "this sounds like that name and claim it, blab it and grab it stuff. Well, that's the way the devil describes a vital truth of God's way for a man to live his life by faith. The majority of the church has bought the lie of the devil and has used the devil's words against the man who chooses to do it God's way. For you see, Rom 10:10 is God's way, " for with the heart one believes to righteousness (or I have been put in right standing with God by the blood of Jesus and now God has given me a right to His Kingdom), and with the mouth (now this is the part that the vast majority of the church doesn't like) confession is made to (obtaining) salvation ( healing, deliverance, restoration, being made whole). Yes, it's what you say with your mouth that will either bring to you what God says is yours, or keep it away from you by agreeing with the devil and saying what he says.

Rom 10: 6-10 speaks to and confirms the finished work of the cross. Jesus has done all that needs to be done for man (/woman) to be saved (healed, set free, delivered, restored, made whole). His work is finished(Isa 53:4-5). I don't have to go get Jesus in Heaven and bring Him down here to meet my need. I don't have to have Him go to the belly of the earth (Hell) again (Acts 2: 25-27) and sacrifice Himself again for my need for Jesus has already defeated the devil for me. All I must do is have Jesus in my heart and in my mouth by having His Word there, and IF I'll believe that Word and confess with my mouth what I believe in my heart, then my faith will be released to obtain or take hold of (this is how you and I touch the hem of Jesus' garment today- Mark 5: 27-28) the very thing I need.

That what I have need of is as close to me as my heart and my mouth. If I'll put God's Word in them, then that Word ( the Word is God Himself--John 1:1) will supply all of my needs according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus--Phil 4:19.

The devil calls this truth "name it and claim it, blab it and grab it". God calls it "confession is made to salvation". So I'm going to do all the naming and claiming, blabbing and grabbing that I can and throw it back in the devils face and keep him under my feet where he belongs and I'm going to take hold and possess what God has promised me in His Word. Now this is "walking by faith". Are you up to it? This is God's way. His only way. If you are looking for another way, you'll have to look somewhere else then in His Word, cause you won't find it there. The only thing you will find in God's Word is Truth, therefore you will have to believe a lie to do it another way.

Walk in the Truth that God has revealed to us today and live your life the way God intended you to live--by Faith!!!

Hi Terry, I would like to know how do I know that I have crossed over into The promised land? I live by faith and have been fighting the good fight of faith. I not only know God's Word, but i truly believe Him.

Blessings,
Veronica

Hi Terry,
I didn't complete what I was really trying or needed to say. I'm going to try and explain ore in details, so here it goes...I understand that the children of Israel had to cross the desert to get to the promise land. I believe the Israelites lived in the desert for 40 yrs because that's how long t took for them to get the lesson, which caused them to live off the land and the resources that God gave them. I know it wasn't easy for them because it wasn't easy for me being in the desert for 3 yrs.

I also believe they finally learned the lesson as I did and that is to live by God's Rule or way of life that He has commanded us to live, by faith and keeping the faith. But trusting that God will provide and that He is The Source, instead of trying the worlds way of living. I choose no other way to live, so now I got the lesson and believe I've passed my test. I still to this day confess Gods Word throughout the day, and everyday. I now just want to know, how will I know I've walked into the promised land?

Veronica......Thanks so much for leaving your comment and question. It is so good to hear that someone is living by faith and fighting the good fight of faith.I encourage you to stay on that path that you are on.

The Promise Land that God was leading His people to after He delivered them out of Egypt should have only taken them 11 days to get there. It took 40 years for God's people to enter the Promise Land. Why did it take so long? Disobedience. The people would not believe God, therefore they could not live in the Promise Land.Only 2 men, Joshua and Caleb, entered the Promise Land out of that first generation of God's people that were delivered from Egypt, everyone else died and then Joshua led the 2nd generation of God's people into the Promise Land. Joshua and Caleb believed God and they entered and that is the only way the Believer today can enter the Promise Land and live there.

The actual Promise Land the people lived in represents or is a copy of the Word of God or the Word of Promise. Even though God gave the Promise Land to His people, they had to go in and possess the land. They had to kick the giants off their property so they could live there. The same is true today. God gives you His Word of Promise to live by and the devil is already occupying a space that you want to live in and you are going to have to run him out. Example: God's promise to you is, "By His (Jesus') stripes you were healed" (1 Pet 2:24) but you look at your body and it tells you that you are sick, but you want to live in the promise of healing. Then you will have to go and possess the promise by believing God and declaring that you are healed because the Promise says you are, and hold fast to that confession until you have run the devil off and you possess the promise of healing.

How do you know when you are living in the Promise Land. When you are believing God instead of your circumstances and you are bearing fruit from the word of Promise, then you know you are living in the Promise Land.

The only way you have a right to live in the Promise Land is by being born again by accepting Jesus as your Savior and Lord. When that happens, you receive His Name and that gives you access to the Promise Land but you can only live there or possess it by faith, believing God. Most of the church sits outside the Land of Promise and they spend all their time just looking into it, but never going there because of the giants they see there and usually just end up criticizing the ones that do go in and possess the land.

John 15:7 explains it well. "If you abide in Me and My Words abide in you, you will ask whatever you desire and it shall be done for you." This is the Promise Land.

If you are believing God by believing His Word, then you are dwelling in the Promise Land and there is no better place to live so don't ever change your address.

Be Blessed,
Terry

Yes! I am now bearing fruit from God's Word of promises....To God be the glory.

I am continually believing God's Word because I know that He watches over His Word and performs it...Amen.

Thank you,
