This Will Answer All Your Questions

The Holy Spirit led me to a scripture this morning that answers every question that you will ever have as you live your life on this earth. Whatever question you have on your mind today or ever will have, answer it with the following Scripture, then be still and allow God to speak to you through it and you will know what to do. You'll never again ask a question like, "what am I going to do now?", for this short scripture will always answer your question.........

Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

If Jesus is the way, why would you ever look for another? Anxiety comes from trying to figure out what way to go. Peace and rest come from knowing that He is always the way to go!!

If Jesus is the Truth, why would you ever look for a second opinion? Second opinions cause confusion. His Word is Truth. It must always be the First Word and the Final Word. (Google search is hazardous to your health and very confusing).

If Jesus is The Life, then why would you try to live any other way. Jesus even came to this earth to show you and me what living this Life looks like. Jesus is our Role Model. He shows us exactly how to live our lives in relationship with the Father, then He went and made a way for us to be able to live that way also.

God has made it very simple for a man to live his life. Then why does man find it so difficult? One of Jesus' Disciples, Thomas, had the same problem. Jesus said to him:

⁴ You know the way to the place where I am going.”

⁵ Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

⁶ Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. ⁷ IF YOU REALLY KNOW ME, you will know^[a] my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

⁸ Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

⁹ Jesus answered: “DON'T YOU KNOW ME, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? ........... John 14:4-9

The reason God's way seems so difficult is because we don't know Him and His way and the only way you will is through a close and intimate relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through His precious Word. A good and healthy relationship takes time and you must give it top priority. Many are not willing to pay this price, so they choose another way that seems easier and more familiar, but here is what the Holy Spirit says about that way: "There is a way that appears/seems  to be right, but the end of that way leads to death.... Prov 14:12

To really know Jesus is to really know the Way, the Truth, and the Life............. Make up your mind today, there is no other way then God's way and then you will enter into the "Rest" of God.

Do You Know Him?

I've been dwelling on this thought and I wanted to share it with you............

To know the Word is to know Him (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) personally. If you don't know the Word, then you don't know Him. For example; If you are sick, then you must know Him as your Healer (not just God). You'll only know Him as Healer by allowing Him to reveal Himself as Healer to you through His Word. Whatever issue of life you are facing, who does God need to be to you to provide the help that you are seeking (Provider, Wisdom, Guide, Counselor, Protector, Healer, Deliver, etc). To know Him is a personal relationship with Him.
 

In Ps 103:7 the Holy Spirit declares to us, "He (God) made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the people of Israel". Knowing the acts of God is very impersonal. It's like reading a History Book about someone who did something a long time ago. But having God show you His ways comes through a personal relationship with Him and His Word and it is out of that Word that He reveals His ways and the more He reveals, the more you know Him and that is the way you grow up in Him and that's the way you become a man (woman) after God's own heart, one that God likes to be with. (Would you like to be one of those people? You can!)

When you make the Word of God your priority over everything else, that's when you make God #1 in your life, and when you do that, He will gladly show you His ways.

God Alone-- There is no other way to live

Psalm 62:5-8English Standard Version (ESV)

⁵ For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence,
    for my hope is from him.
⁶ He only is my rock and my salvation,
    my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
⁷ On God rests my salvation and my glory;
    my mighty rock, my refuge is God.

⁸ Trust in him at all times, O people;
    pour out your heart before him;
    God is a refuge for us. Selah

There are 2 key phrases that jumped off the page to me this morning; 1) For God alone  2) He only 

We all hear about the "Peace" of God, but we are all more familiar with "anxiousness". Why? Job 22:21-22 is a good answer:

²¹ “Agree with God, and be at peace;
    thereby good will come to you.
²² Receive instruction from his mouth,
    and lay up his words in your heart.

Anytime you take your eyes off God to consider something else or some other way to resolve the challenge before you, you are moving away from being in agreement with Him. When it's only God alone and He only, your life will come into agreement with God's ways and God's promise to you is "Rest" and "Peace". This is the way God always intended for the man He created to live his life. Look at Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden (that is a display of Heaven on Earth) before their fall into sin. And the good news is, God has given that lifestyle back to you and me again through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus on the Cross.

Yours and my anxiety come from considering other ways than God's. I've got a great prophetic word for you, "Stop it!!". It really is that simple.

Now go back and read Ps 62: 5-8 again. That word Selah at the end means "to stop and think about this" with the intent that after you think about it, you'll be smart enough to do it. I'm in, how about you?

You Can See The Future And Have It Now

The following word comes out of my heart for you all today.........be blessed, Terry

 

The Word of God is a Visionary Truth. Though what Jesus accomplished on the cross was in the past, it provides for our present needs that will be manifested in the future (though my present condition is sickness, I believe I am healed even before it manifests in the future because the Word of God lets me look into the future and see the end result of what I am believing for, so I declare what I see in the Word, not what I see or feel on my body). This is called living by faith. Believing something that already has been declared in the Word of God as a finished work (before you see it). God declared a Savior long before He came to earth. God said He is coming back again, therefore that is just as true though it hasn't manifest yet. Everything else works the same way. God said, "by His stripes you were healed". Faith says it's already done and by believing that, it will manifest or come to pass in the future (which could be right now). This is called living by faith. While you wait for the promise, look at Jesus, not at the problem. What you look at is what you will believe and what you believe you will become.............

 

I pray God lets you see this how I'm seeing it, for it's rocking my world and I pray that it rocks yours as well.

Are You A Righteous Man? God Says You Are, Believe Him

 

 I was looking at a very familiar scripture today. One we have used at the Healing Oasis (this is where the God Pleasers Ministry ministers to the sick in Columbus, Ohio) many times. James 5:14-15. I was meditating this and then Holy Spirit moved my eyes down to verse 16 and He highlighted " The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much". Why is it so important to know your identity of who you are in Christ? Because if you'll see yourself as God sees you through the blood of Jesus, you'll see yourself as a righteous man/woman for 2 Cor 5:21 says that you have been made righteous and God says if you'll believe He has made you a righteous man, then you'll pray like a righteous man, and God's promise to you is that your prayer will be powerful and effective. In other words, you will receive what you are declaring out of your mouth. Start acting like the man/woman God has made you to be. Jesus paid a huge price for that, what do you say that we give Him what He paid for. Say this, "I am a righteous man and my prayers are effective and powerful and I receive the things I pray for".......... now believe that with all your heart!!..............

^16b-18 Tremendous power is made available through a good man’s earnest prayer. Do you remember Elijah? He was a man like us but he prayed earnestly that it should not rain. In fact, not a drop fell on the land for three and a half years. Then he prayed again, the heavens gave the rain and the earth sprouted with vegetation as usual............

^16-18 Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with. Elijah, for instance, human just like us, prayed hard that it wouldn’t rain, and it didn’t—not a drop for three and a half years. Then he prayed that it would rain, and it did. The showers came and everything started growing again.....

 

That person living right with God is a righteous man/woman. That's you, washed in the blood of Jesus. Now it's time for you and me to act that way and get some of our prayers answered.

 

 

 

How Much Do You Value The Word Of God?

I sent the following message to a group of people that I have the privilege to care for, shepherd, and to teach God's Word and I felt led of the Spirit to post it here on this Blog site for those who might see it here. There is a basic truth here that God wants you to see and understand how things work in the spirit realm..................

I wanted to share with you what took place this morning as I was sitting on my back porch which I do often during the summer warmth and was spending some fellowship time with the Lord. In my backyard I have a Bird feeder positioned fairly close to the porch. I enjoy watching the different kinds of birds that God sends my way. Well, I enjoy them all except for Grackels (big black birds) and Starlings. They are aggressive and take over the feeder and chase everyone else away.

>For some reason this summer, the Grackles have been a big problem. So I have spent the last couple of months shewing  (I don't think that's a real word but sounds like shoe-ing) or keeping the black birds away from the feeder. So this morning I'm sitting there jumping up and shewing black birds away so the other birds can enjoy the feeder. After doing this many times throughout the morning, as I sat down, I heard the Lord speak to me (from the inside, not an audible voice from the outside, but I knew it was His voice) and He said, "What are you doing?".  Out of my mouth came a phrase that I wasn't expecting to say which was, "I'm protecting the seed". Then God said to me, "that is what I do for you my son", then He opened my spiritual eyes so I could see myself planting the seed of His word in my heart and birds were coming to steal that seed, but God's angels would not permit it as they shewed the birds away and that seed took root and began to grow.
> What was growing was "faith", my ability to believe God.

>It thrilled my heart even though it was such a simple thing between me and God. Then God said, "Look at Mark 4 and read the parable of the sower sows the word". I did just that, and chapter 4 of Mark came alive to me this morning. This is the kind of fellowship God wants to have with each and everyone of you. I am not somebody special that God has singled out to bless this way. He desires to do this with all His children. Then the question is, "Why doesn't He?"  Because not all His Children value His Word and His presence, they would rather be with someone else doing some other thing. God looks for the man/woman who seeks Him with all his heart, the one who likes to walk and talk with God. If you received Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then His blood has washed you clean and you have been given the right of access into this kind of fellowship with God. I encourage you to seek Him today this way. He won't disappoint you.

>God loves you more than you know. How much do you really value His Word? How can you tell, you ask? If you value it, you'll be doing it. It's as simple as that. If you find yourself doing something else rather than what the word says, then be honest with yourself and know that you don't put much value on the Word of God and the Word that you do hear, satan will come immediately and steal it from you before it can take root and bring God's life into yours (your ability to believe Him)...........

I pray this word you've heard today will bless you and cause increase in your walk with God.

Getting Established On The Word Of God

You know you don't really learn about the value and truth of the Word (of God) until you don't do it and choose another way and then fail in that way and then return once again to God's Word. In reality, it's your not doing what God said that will validate the value and truth of God's Word, because through your failures of trying other ways, the truth of God's Word will burn brightly in your midst.

This is the process to getting established on God's Word for the firm foundation of your life. The Word many times makes no sense to you, so you try another way and fail or come up short with that way and through this process the Word of God becomes clearer and more truthful in your sight until one day you are established on the Word for life and will refuse to consider any other way.

It takes time to get grounded and firmly planted on the Word, but once you are established there, you'll look nowhere else and that's just what God has been waiting for. Now the life that God has prepared for you and has always wanted you to live stands before you. Now the fun begins because now you become more useful to God because He knows that you will react and respond to every situation of life that comes at you according to His Word thereby glorifying God in the process.

Living the true Christian life is the greatest adventure a man/woman will ever have on this earth, then it just gets better when you enter Heaven. That's why God keeps saying to me, "the best is yet to come".

Don't lose sight of this important fact (for if you do, your enemy, the devil, will come and steal it from you): It's your failures with the Word that will turn out to be the very thing that establishes you on the Word for what the devil meant for harm and destruction, God will use it to reveal the truth of His Word and by doing this, He will establish you on His Word which now opens the Kingdom of Heaven  and your inheritance to you while you live out your life on this earth.

Don't let your past failures with the Word keep you from God's Word, but use those failures to illuminate the truth of God's Word and get yourself established on the Word, for if you do, the best is yet to come!!

What Does The Grown Up Believer Look Like?

I sent the following message to another group whom I have the privilege of teaching in a home group and what I shared with them I'm led by the Spirit to post it here for all those that God wants for them to see, so be blessed with it.............

 

I came across a scripture today that actually startled me. It's not like I have never seen it before, but I never saw it before from the perspective of what God has been teaching us in Life Group over the past few months about growing up in Him and becoming a mature Believer who can go forth and do the works of God according to His leading. So the question for me has always been, what does a mature grown-up believer look like? And I've always answered that question this way, "it looks just like Jesus". Now God is the One who formed that answer in me over the years and that answer is right, for if we grow up in Christ, we are going to look and act just like Jesus. (Side Bar- Religion will never allow you to see yourself this way. Religion maintains a distorted view of what it looks like to be a mature Believer. They say they are just poor old sinners saved by grace, but that's not what your Bible says, that's what men say that the Bible says..........oh my, how did I get here....lets get back on track).............

So I've known for years that that the mature believer looks like, thinks like, and talks like Jesus and I truly love that understanding and I grow in it everyday of my life. But I told all of you that were here last Tuesday about revelation and how God will show you new revelation about something so that you can grow in it. I used the example of turning a rock over and seeing the other side and seeing life on the other side that you didn't see from looking down on top of it. Well, I had that experience today as I am preparing my heart for Healing Prayer tonight and I just feel led to share it with you now while it's fresh on my heart.

So the question is, what does a full grown Believer look like? Jesus!! Yes, that is true. But here is what Jesus showed me this day. It's found in Matt 18:1-5, Jesus says in verse 3, " Assuredly (when Jesus uses this word, you better take good note of it) I say to you, unless you are converted (born-again) and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven." Wow, that shook me. I saw something new. Here is what I saw, I saw that you grow up in Christ and when you are fully mature, you will have become a child. You grow up only to become a child. Now I don't know if that rocks your world but it does mine.

Why a child? Because Jesus is showing us the perfect relationship for a man/woman with the Father. This is the relationship that the Father desires to have with you, why? Well what is the nature of a child. Care free, always having fun, looking for adventure, never really offended because he has such a short memory about things, not worried about his next meal, doesn't concern himself about having cloths to put on each day, and most of all he knows his needs are taken care of by his mom and dad. Now this is the perfect picture of what God wants His full grown believers to look like, just like a child. Not helpless, but totally dependent upon the Father.

I don't know if I was able to share what was on my heart about this, but it's totally turned me upside down. I've suddenly realized that I've spent all these years growing up, only to become a child. But that would be

"God's Child". Fully dependent upon God, but fully prepared to go and do the works of God, for as a child I have my hand in the Father's hand, which now helps me understand when He says, "I will be with you

always".

So here is the assignment.............become a child and be full grown!!!

Live Your Life the Way God Intended for You to Live

I'm going to share another message with you that was put on my heart for a group of believers I help oversee with God's leading, because once again the truth in this message is so vital for those who call themselves "Believers" today. Let God speak to your heart today through these words:

Hi All,

God had you on my heart this morning. Your Heavenly Father so wants you to live your life on this earth at the abundant level that Jesus bought and paid the price for. So many of God's children live their lives so far below what God has given to them. He wants you to live your life in your rightful place. Jesus' blood paid the price for you to have abundant life, but Jesus won't get what He paid for if you don't know what He did for you and walk in it by believing Him. The Truth God wants to share with you today is practically unknown by the Church (the body of Christ) today, but God wants to reveal it to you:

To the man or woman who has received Jesus as their Lord and Savior, you are born again. You've been born to live your life now, today, not when you get to Heaven, but now, today, in the Kingdom of God. Jesus said you are in the world, but not of the World, so quit living like dead men live their lives in the world around you. Come out from among them and be separate is God's instruction to you (2 Cor 6:17).

So how do you do this? You believe what God has said about you and He says, " I have made you alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and I have raised you up to sit together with Me in Heavenly places in My Son Christ Jesus" (Eph 2:5-6). God wants you to know that He has already raised you up from the dead (Please read Rom 6:3-11 for more understanding of this). Your spirit man, the real you on the inside, has been born again and raised from the dead. Your body of flesh has not been born again and it will die if Jesus doesn't come back first, but your body will be raised up from the dead when Jesus returns from Heaven for His Church and it will be reunited with your spirit man. WOW, just how big and amazing is our God.

Now I shared all this with you because God told me to tell you, "you've already been raised from the dead and you are already sitting together at Jesus' right hand, far above all principality, power, might, and dominion and every name that is named (Eph 1:20-21). You've been given the right (because of the Blood) and the authority (because you have been given HIs name --Eph 3:14-15) to live your life from this Heavenly position and God your Father expects you to live from here.

Unless you know and then believe that you (your spirit man) is born again and already raised from the dead, you will continue to walk this earth as a dead man agreeing with your flesh body instead of your spirit. You'll be a dead man walking even though you've been made alive in Christ. The vast majority of the Church is waiting for this resurrected life style when they get to Heaven (because they can't separate their flesh body from their spirit), but God wants you to live it now, from your spirit, today, and live as that new man raised from the dead.

Now this is the Truth of the Gospel. This is the Truth that will change the quality of your life NOW. It sounds nothing like the man made doctrines that most people hear and that's why you can't see any difference between the man in the Church and the man in the world. Unfortunately the World has influenced the Church instead of the Church influencing the World.

So are you going to walk as a man/woman raised up to new life or are you going to be a dead man walking? God says, choose His way and live life the way a child of God is supposed live...............

When Adversity Comes, What Will You Do?

I wrote the following message to a group of people that are connected to a Healing Ministry named God Pleaser's that I have been leading with two other faithful men for the last four and a half years. The truth of what God shared with me in this message for them is now in my heart to share with those of you who read this blog site. So if you need healing in your body or you are experiencing any mental torment in your mind and/or emotions then receive your healing today by applying what you hear in this message:

 

Here is what Rom 15:13 says: "Now may (the Holy Spirit is asking for permission from you. You gonna give it to Him?) the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound (that is always God's will for you) in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit". Now is hope, joy, and peace a part of your life? If not, that doesn't make this word any less true, it means you need to find the way into it.

Now here is what God put on my heart for you today:

The first thing that needs to be accomplished when adversity comes is not releasing faith, but first building your hope up on God's Word and His promises to you. When your hope is built up, then release your faith into that hope for faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen (Heb 11:1). If you need healing, then look at the Healing promises of God until your hope is built up, then release your faith into that hope. Now your faith becomes the healing you are hoping for until it is. Your faith becomes the substance of healing until you see it manifest. That's why if you are really standing in faith, you can call yourself healed for your faith is your healing (the substance of it) until it is manifested. It doesn't matter what you look like to anyone else, it only matters to you and God. This is how faith works. Your believing takes the place of what you are believing for until it is. In God's eyes, what you are believing Him for is as real as the manifestation of it. The world says, "seeing is believing" but the Kingdom of God is just the opposite, "Believing is seeing". If you can't believe it first before you see it it, then you choose not to live in God's Kingdom because that is the way of the Kingdom.

Now lets press in a little further. If you try to release your faith where there is no hope, then your faith has nothing to work with (Here is the reason for faith failures). Hope and Faith are like epoxy glue. By themselves there is no strength or power, no sticking power, but when you mix your faith with hope together, you get a strong bond that will work to bring about what you are believing for. The devil targets your hope, because he knows your faith won't work without hope. If you feel hopeless then you are faithless as well............

These are the Truth's that are hidden from most Christians because they never hear about it. But somehow, God wants you to hear it today. He wants you to hear the Truth, so that that Truth will set you free. That's why God provides Healing Oasis's for those that would like to come and sit by the rivers of living water and receive whatever they need from Him. God has these places everywhere. The one I'm most familiar with is where I hang out on Thursday nights with two other good men who have joined me on this journey and we are joined there by other good folks who come for the living water. The door is always open and you are welcome anytime. (For those of you that are reading this that live in the area, we meet every Thursday night at 6061 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH 43231 at

7:00PM where Jesus has commissioned us and directed us to go and heal the sick and we are seeing God doing great things in our midst).

 

I'm ending with a quote from Bob Hazlett that will change the way you interact with God in your relationship with Him if you understand this truth: "The miraculous happens when WE become aware of what God has ALREADY DONE (ex; 1 Peter 2:24 the Holy Spirit says to you, "By His (Jesus') stripes YOU WERE HEALED") and then access it through faith. In most cases, we are NOT waiting on God to act, we are waiting for our reality (YOU WERE HEALED) to align with the TRUTH. Keep Believing!!"

 

Now you have heard some good word today. Go put it to use and be blessed!!

Be Healed!

When you receive prayer for healing, you always receive the Healing. Now before I lose you as you begin to think about all your unanswered prayers and click to something else, I want you to pause for a second, take a deep breath, turn your religious mind off, and be willing to hear the voice of Truth. Who is that? Jesus, for sure. I'm just the messenger and the words that you will be reading are the words that I am hearing from my God, Lord and Savior Jesus.

So let me start again. When you receive prayer for healing, you always  receive the Healing. You'll either receive it through the instant manifestation or you'll receive it by seed. We would all like to receive the instant miracle but God has other ways to get His healing to you and if it comes by seed, it needs time to grow in your heart. You must protect that seed (how? Prov 4:20-27), you must be careful with it, for Jesus said that seed that is sown in your heart can be stolen (Mark 4:15).

If the seed that was sown in your heart is stolen then many will say, "I didn't get it (healed)". When you say this, do you really know what you are doing? You are mocking God. Gal 6:7 says, "do not be deceived God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows that he will also reap", and verse 9 says, "don't grow weary while doing good (what's that? Believing) for in due season you shall reap IF you do not lose heart".

God says, "by His stripes you were healed" (1 Pet 2:24). Are you going to believe God or mock Him by saying your not. It looks a little different from this perspective and this just happens to be God's perspective. Luke 9:11 says, "Jesus spoke to the people about the Kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing" (Jesus demonstrated God's perfect will for all men for all times).

If you have need of healing today, then Jesus will do the same for you. Just don't mock God by saying that you didn't get something from Him that He has already told you that you have (Isa 53:4-5 & Matt 8 :16-17) just because you don't see it right away and then you allow the devil to steal it (that seed of healing) from you. When you receive prayer for your healing, know that you have received it for sure. Now, just hold onto it by protecting your heart that has that precious seed in it.

Jesus says to you and me, " do not be afraid, only believe" (Mark 5:36). So what do you say? Let's you and me do what Jesus said and be healed!!

I Want My People Well

God spoke the following into my heart as I was spending some quite time with Him and I'm just gonna share it with you the way He shared it with me..........

My people perish for a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6), not because it's not My will to heal them. I have made a way for them to be healed and to walk in health while they inhabit the earth, but they must choose My way for them and walk in it. When your child is sick, is it your will for them to be healed and well? Of course it is! (I love the simplicity of God, it's man that makes it difficult). Your desire for them to be well comes from Me, so how could I not desire the same thing for My children?

I want My children well and I've made a way for that to happen, that way is through My Son Jesus for He is the Way (John 14:6), the only way to healing and health. He paid an enormous price on the Cross to set My people free, but there are very few who find it, because they believe the lies of My enemy, satan, over over the Truth of My word. My people don't die from sickness and disease because it's My will, they die because of a lack of knowledge of  My will to heal them. Did I not have My Son pray this prayer in your midst, "Our Father in Heaven, hallowed (to consecrate, devote to sacred purposes) be Your Name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven....". You will find no sickness or disease in Heaven for that is not My will for man, so you'll not find it here in Heaven, and it's not My will for a man to be sick on earth either, but the earth that man lives on is cursed because of sin, and sickness is a part of that curse, but My Son paid the full price for man's sin, and those men who accept that sacrifice of My Son Jesus are now forgiven and redeemed from that curse (Gal 3:13-14) so that they can now walk free from it, but you see My son, this is the knowledge that My people lack and therefore they die because they don't know I made a way of escape for them. I have made a way for man to live free from sickness and disease, but that man must believe Me and believe what I have done for him and walk in the Truth of My Word by resisting the devil and the curse he lords over.

I have set My people free, and they are free indeed, but it will cost them something to live in that freedom. They must be willing to fight the good fight of faith by resisting the devil and watching him flee from them. I want My people well. It's My will for them to be well. Now you go son and tell them, "I want My people well!!"...........

Well, that's exactly what I've done, now the rest is up to you and me. If we lack knowledge, we need to get it. God has more knowledge about His will to heal on the earth today then at any other time. We are without excuse when we stand before God and He asks you, "What did you do with My Son?" For everything the Son did for man, has been made known to man, it's called the Bible. It's up to man to find out what it says and my prayer for anyone who reads this blog post is, "I pray to the Father of my Lord and Savior Jesus, the Father of Glory, that He would give unto you the Spirit of Wisdom and revelation in the the knowledge of Him (Jesus), that the eyes of your understanding be enlightened, that you would know what is the hope of His calling, that you would know what God inherited in you when you became His son/daughter" (Eph 1:17-18).

God's Word or Do You Choose Another?

When we don't agree with God by what He says to us concerning our situation, for example God says, "by His stripes you were healed" (1 Pet 2:24), but you look at your body and it says that it is sick, then if we rather choose to believe and agree with what we see and feel and declare that as truth rather than declaring the Word of God as Truth, we are speaking with a deceitful mouth (Prov 4:24) from the vantage point of Heaven where God rules and reigns. Heaven looks at things on the earth  from their perspective and it looks totally different from Heaven than it does on earth.

If you choose to live your life in the Kingdom of God while on this earth, then you must see things from the Heavenly perspective by looking at things through the eye of faith (or God's eyes) and declaring Heaven's truth over your earthly experiences. Yes, you will look foolish to those around you, but you'll look just right to God and all of Heaven.

I'm a citizen of Heaven (as a Believer) and just passing through the earth during this time that God has given me here, and I choose to live my life according to my Homeland--Heaven, for I live my life in the Kingdom of God where God is King and has dominion over everything else. Am I willing to look like a fool on the earth to bring the Kingdom of God near to those around me? For God's will to be done on Earth as it is in Heaven, I must. I can't live any other way then my Father's way.

Oh dear Father, teach me Your ways and I will do them and live that way on earth as you do in Heaven. There is no other way for the child of God to live on this earth. It's our calling and purpose to reveal Heaven on the Earth. What a privilege I have to be God's Ambassador on the Earth. Help me Father to do this right. Help me to reveal You to those around me so that they can see the power of the Kingdom of God.

Thank you Father for bringing me into Your Kingdom, and now I'll live my life as a King's Kid!

* God's confirming scripture to me concerning what He just had me share with you is Ps 1:1 which says,
"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly (the wicked, those that speak contrary to what God declares about it). God's Word ends all debate. There is no Truth other than God's Word. To exalt any other word above God's Word, is to exalt your throne above God's, and who is the author of that? The devil. Nothing else needs to be said about it. End of debate.

Oh No, The Word Is Not Working

When the Word (of God) doesn't seem to be working in your situation or circumstance is when you really have to press into it and hold onto it with all your strength (by believing it) for it's at this place the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy the promise of the Word you are holding fast to.

If the devil can get you to turn loose of the Word, he knows he will overpower you and he will take what he is after, your faith, because he knows your faith is what overcomes the world (1 John 5: 4-5), and if faith overcomes the world (and it does), then that same faith will overcome the god of this world who is the devil. The devil knows that is true, he just wants to make sure you don't.

The way of faith holds fast to the Word until the storm has passed. The devil knows the Word will sustain you and get you through what he is bringing against you, but he also knows your weakness, how easily you are distracted from the Word when the storm is raging around you. The devil knows if he gets you looking at the storm long enough, that Word you are trying to hold onto just won't make any sense to you any more while you are looking at the storm, and if the devil can move you from the spirit realm to the sense realm (physical, material realm), he knows he can beat you there.

Anyone who has ever walked by faith knows what it feels like in the middle of the storm. It always looks like the Word is not working, but in reality it still is (you just can't see it with your physical eyes), and if you'll keep your eye on the Word instead of the storm you'll be able to do what Jesus did when He found Himself in the middle of the storm (Mark 4:38), He was sleeping while everyone else was looking at the storm, freaking out, believing the storm was going to kill them. When Jesus woke up and saw the storm, He didn't believe what the others were believing. Jesus believed He was going to the other side (Mark 4:35) and no weapon formed against Him could keep Him from His destination. (which was the other side. If you are sick, your destination is Healing & Wellness and nothing can keep you from that unless you consider something else, then you have a new destination).

Instead of Jesus allowing the storm to talk to Him, Jesus spoke to the storm and told it to stop (v39) and it did (the answer to why the storm obeyed is found in Heb 1:3, see if you can find it in there, it's right in the middle of the verse) and He went to the other side. Jesus showed us how to do it, and He has enabled us to do the very same thing (Mark 11:23).

Jesus has shown us the way to get to the other side (of whatever we are facing). It's sink or swim time. The Word will get you to the other side if you don't let go of it. Believe it and stay dry, let go of it and get wet.

One last thought. Jesus knew that if the boat did sink, He would of just walked to shore (the other side). The Word of God will enable you to do the same thing. When Jesus spoke to Peter (Matt 14:29) and said "come", Peter stepped out of the boat and walked on the water and it was the word "come" that Jesus spoke, and Peter's faith in it that held him up and defied the laws of nature (or the natural realm). Peter was doing great until he took his eye off the Word (Jesus) and looked at the storm for when he did that, he began to sink. God's Word spoken to you (when you are looking at the Bible, those Words you are looking at is God speaking to you) will keep you afloat and you can walk to the other side with Jesus, if you keep your eye on Jesus and not on the storm. Hold fast to the Word and stay dry and get to the other side. That's God's plan for you and He is faithful to watch over it.

Increase My Faith

And the apostles (these are Believer's like you and me who have been born-again. The only thing that makes them special is the Blood of Jesus that recreated them (2 Cor 5:17). The only difference between them and you and me is our calling from God. Every Blood bought Believer is equipped exactly the same. The only thing different among Believer's is what God calls each one of us to. Quit thinking these guys got something you didn't. It's the same thought you have about Jesus. You think He has/had something that you don't have. You think this way because you have bought into the lie of the devil. But the truth is, Jesus, the Son of God laid aside all His Godly rights and attributes, and came to earth as the Son of Man to show you and me how a man lives his life by faith and in fellowship with God the Father (Phil 2:5-8). I know that you have Jesus (and the Apostles)  lifted up to a very high place. Actually so high, that you can't obtain it. And you should have Jesus lifted up high because He is sitting at the right hand of the Father in Heavenly places in full power and authority over everything as God. But here is the part most of the church doesn't know or refuses to believe it, that we (us Blood bought Believers) have been (past tense, it's already happened) RAISED UP TO SIT TOGETHER (yes, with Jesus) IN HEAVENLY PLACES in Christ Jesus (Eph 2:6). Jesus is at the right hand of the Father, and you and me (us Believer's) are at the right hand of Jesus in the same place of authority and power that He is in. That's why I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Phil 4:13). That's why I can do all things Jesus and the Apostles did, because I'm equipped just like they are. Now all I must do is fulfill my calling, like they fulfilled theirs.)

Okay lets start again. When that word Apostle came up, everything else I said next just gushed out of me. Maybe I'm just a bit sensitive to this issue. Do you think? I hate the devil. I hate his lies. I hate what he has done and is doing to the church by convincing the born-again man (the man that has been made just like Jesus) that he is still some low life worm, just an old sinner saved by grace. Just stop it!! If you've bought into that lie, Just stop it!! Step on the devil's head and tell him to shut his mouth. Start acting like who you really are. Do I dare say it? Are you ready for this? Can you take it? Start acting like Jesus and you won't think so highly of those Apostles, matter a fact you won't feel inferior one bit. Now this is the truth of the Gospel. This is the good news the church is supposed to be hearing. How much of this have you been hearing lately?

Okay, let me really start again with what I wanted to share with you. It was really just going to be a short message. Oh well, God wanted you to hear what was on His mind today, so lets try it again:

And the apostles said to Jesus "Increase our faith" (Luke 17:5). How many times have you asked Jesus for that? Those apostles were looking for the big zap from Heaven. They wanted the quick fix. They placed all the responsibility for increased faith onto Jesus. Is that how you think you get more faith? Well, it's not!
God has given you all the faith He is ever going to give you. Rom 12:3 states, as God has dealt to each one (each born-again Believer) "THE" measure of faith". Every born-again man starts with the same measure. The King James Version accurately declares this truth by using the word "the" measure instead of like all the newer versions newer versions that lead you to believe that God gives different measures of faith to different people(that just agrees with what men think about it). That's just not so, but it gives a man a good excuse for him not having as much faith as someone like, an apostle, pastor, the guy down the street, the guy writing this blog, blah, blah, blah. We all get the same measure.  How many of you believe that Jesus had a full measure of faith? (I see all your hands up). That's the same Jesus that is living inside of you if you're born again. His full measure is on deposit inside of you. What are you doing with it? That's why Jesus goes on to say:

"IF you have faith (you got to know if you got it or not. You born again? You got it!!) as a mustard seed (that's pretty small, but if it's planted in your heart it will grow) you can say to this mulberry tree, (now here is the problem, not too many church goers want to speak to trees, but Jesus did, are you?) be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea, AND IT WILL OBEY YOU. (just like it obeyed Jesus)......Luke 17:6

Do you really believe what Jesus said here? It's not about asking God for more faith. It's all about using the faith that you already have on deposit within you. But most Believers (I use that word lightly) won't use what they already have. So they ask for more, but Jesus says, use what you have. The more you use it, the stronger in faith you get. Use it or lose it (that's not in the Bible. That more like Terry 1:1). You have enough faith inside of you now to move mountains, but if you think you need more you can get it. Rom 10:17 states, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. You want more faith, just hear more Word. This is the ONLY way it comes. So quit looking for that faith stick to come out of heaven and zap you, it just aint going to happen..

You are a Believer. Now go on out there and act like one!!!!

Are You Dead or Alive?

If I'm not worried about dying (losing my life) then I can be focused on living. The genuine Christian that the Bible describes has already died, and he has no life of his own to lose. This is the most powerful position that a man can be in as he walks out life on this earth.

When this man/woman was born again, he died (the born again man has done all the dying he is ever going to do) and now Christ (the anointed One along with His anointing) is alive in him. The Christian's focus is on life and not death.

You have to learn how to live and not die. You are already well schooled in dying and you must now learn how to live (Rom 12:2). If you are worried about losing your life, then you are still alive and Jesus is not living His life in you. For you to be dead and Jesus alive, you must be crucified with Christ.

If you'll consider yourself dead, then fear of death will have no place in you, for you will have no fear of losing something that is already gone. Now you can focus on living. When the issues of life come against you like sickness and disease, you won't be focused on on saving your life by giving way to fear, but you will now focus on living your life by faith and  being able to boldly stand and fight the good fight of faith and not fear dying, but live.

There is a big difference from leaving your body (physical death of the body) when you and God are done with it then from being evicted from it by the devil before you are through with it. The sad truth is, most Christians get evicted because they never learned how to live their life in Christ. The reason they don't know is because no one taught them. How shall they believe on Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? (Rom 10:14). The Church is for the most part bankrupt in this area of Truth. That's why you have so many Christians fearing for their lives, just like unbelievers. This is sad, and not very pleasing to God.

God has a voice (His Word) and cancer has a voice (doctor's report). Which voice you heed determines whose alive in you. If God's Word is directing your path, then Jesus is alive in you, but if cancer's words are directing your steps, then you are operating from fear of losing something and cancer will reign and rule your life. Cancer says, "I'm going to kill you" and God says, "with long life I will satisfy you and show you my salvation (deliverance, healing)" (Ps 91:16). Which one will you believe? You'll believe the one who is speaking to the one who is alive in you. And what you believe determines which word spoken to you will come to pass.

Hey Christian, it's time for you to die, so that you can really live free from fear of losing something and full of faith for gaining everything. Fear or Faith. The choice is yours (not God's), but to walk in faith, you will have to die. You up for that? The truth is, if your truly born again you have already died. All you have to do is quit crawling down off that cross and living that old dead life of yours. Be crucified with Christ and really live!

God Calls You A Peculiar People, Are You?

How do you overcome a physical infirmity? By exalting a higher level of Truth over what that infirmity is proclaiming. Example:  Your body says "I'm sick" and God says (through His Word to you 1Pet 2:24)  "You were healed". Who are you going to believe? Your body or God? Your body is proclaiming something to you from the natural/physical realm. You don't deny what your body is saying to you for it is speaking a physical truth to you, but God on the other hand is speaking a supernatural Truth to you. It's super, because it's greater than that natural truth and God's Truth will overcome natural truth. When we walk and live by faith, we never deny the sickness, we deny it's right to be on us, so we resist it with the Word of Truth (God's Word) and overcome it with the Healing that God promised us with..............

WOW! Terry, what planet did you come from? That's to far out for me. Well, you asked me where I came from so here is my answer, I was born again by/through the Word of God, the incorruptible seed of God, I was delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God, and Heaven is now my home. I'm in the world, but not of the world. I live my life according to the Law of the Kingdom of God, and that Law is the Law of Faith (Rom 3:27, 8:7). I live according to God's will on earth as it is in Heaven (my home). I call myself what God calls me, He calls me healed, even when my body calls me sick. I choose to believe my Father, and what my Father calls me will ALWAYS prevail IF I BELIEVE HIM. This is not far out at all my brother and sister, it just may be farther out than you can believe right now, but you can change all that by looking into God's Word, for it will take you to places you've never been before.

It's always been my hope from the first message I wrote on this blog site, that I could tell you about a Jesus you have never heard about and do not know. You've been to Church all your life, but you don't know this Jesus. I pray you meet Him soon. My whole life now is dedicated to introducing and revealing the Jesus you do not know. This Jesus is a life changer, do you know this Jesus? It's a matter of Life and Death? Let me introduce Him to you................

To walk by faith is a supernatural way to live. You choose to live in a realm that you can not see, but believe is there. You choose to walk (live) by faith and not by sight. You choose to live by what you believe over what you see. God calls you Blessed when you live this way (John 20:29).

You can not do away with the Physical Realm and the natural truth of this realm. But you can overcome it and live in the Supernatural Realm if you choose to live by (spiritual) faith in God's Word instead of living by (natural) faith in what you see.

Faith in God is a lifestyle. Not something you just do now and then when you are in need. Faith is a lifestyle, not a one time event. The just shall live by faith.To live your life according to the Word of God is to live in the Supernatural Realm, a realm that is above the natural realm. Your lifestyle there will look different to those who are living in the natural realm. You will look peculiar (the word used in the KJ version for 1Pet 2:9) to them, just like God said you would, but you don't look peculiar to God, you look just like Him and people will say about you what they said about Jesus when He walked this earth as a Man, "what manner of man is this, that even the wind and the the sea obey Him" (Mark 4:41, Matt 8:27 KJ version of course).

So what can this be? It's a man who chooses to live by faith, in a Jesus that most Christians don't know, and not by sight, and those that live this way will be ridiculed by those that don't, but what they say about us won't override what God says about us and He says, "You are blessed!!" (John 20:29)

Choose you this day how you will live your life, as for me, I choose to live by faith, therefore I am Blessed!
(and yes, I'm peculiar)

Perfect Fellowship With God

When you are born again, Jesus comes into your heart and lives within you. This is only the first half of the desired fellowship God has for His man. God willingly comes into the man's heart when Jesus is asked to be his Savior.

But there is another half that is needed to make this fellowship between God and man complete. God demonstrated His will by coming into the heart of the man and living in him. Now man must demonstrate his will by making a choice to live in Jesus. The man does this by making Jesus the Lord of his life.

When Jesus is Lord over the man's life, He (God) is the One who reigns and rules the man's life. The man puts Jesus in charge of his life. Now the fellowship between God and the man is complete. God is living in man and man is living in God (John 15:4-7). This is the picture of perfection that God sees as He looks at His creation. It's the way God intended it to be.

It's the way it was with Adam and Eve before they sinned by taking the Lordship God had over them and making themselves lord over their own lives. Then they made a decision that opposed God's way and they sinned and separated themselves from God and His blessings. God was no longer living in them, and they were no longer living in God.

Then Jesus, the Son of God, came to the earth by way of the miraculous virgin birth from Mary, to redeem man and pay the full and complete price for man's sin on the cross making the way for man to be put back in right standing with God once again. Now God and man could have fellowship with each other once again.

Man must make two choices to put this perfect fellowship back in order in his life. First he must make Jesus his Savior and second he must make Jesus his Lord. This is perfect fellowship with God. Many men/women live their lives with only half of the desired fellowship operating in their lives. The man makes Jesus his Savior, but won't give Jesus control over his life, so the man remains lord over his own life.

What you have here is a split personality and broken fellowship. The man's spirit that is born-again will want to do one thing, but the man's flesh (his body) will want to do another, and because the man is Lord over his own life, he will follow his flesh and walk away from the leading of the Spirit.

The born-again man makes God his Father, but to be in perfect fellowship with his Father, he must make the Father's Son, Jesus, the Lord over his life. When the man makes Jesus the Lord of his life, the fellowship between God and the man is perfect and complete, and this is the place where man gets to live his life in the blessing of God where the storehouse of God is located for every need that the man will ever have in life (2 Pet 1:2-4).This man (the man who has received Jesus as his Savior and made Him the Lord over his life) is now totally dependent upon his God, and his God would have it no other way, for this is the way God designed it to work from the very beginning.

The Church's emphasis is always on getting a man saved, but the Church must help this man continue his journey with God and teach him about the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

If you are saved today, is Jesus your Lord as well? If He is not, you are missing out on God's best for your life. Release control of your life by making Jesus the Lord over your life and follow Him. Now you are in that place of perfect fellowship with God. It will be Heaven on earth for you, just like God intended it to be.

Make Jesus Lord (of your life) today and enter that perfect fellowship with the Father and the Son (John 14:21 & 23 make sure you read and meditate this Truth).

Jesus Always Leads To Victory--ALWAYS!!

2 Cor 2:14 says, "Now thanks be unto God Who ALWAYS leads us in triumph in Christ.

Then why didn't I see the victory when I was believing Him and following Him?

Because you didn't follow Jesus far enough. You quit following Him because you didn't see the answer to your prayer or your confession of faith, so you grew weary by looking at the problem instead of looking at the Promise (Jesus--the Word), and you quit following Jesus and you chose another way.

Jesus ALWAYS leads to triumph and victory. ALWAYS!! If you follow Him all the way, you will see the victory. If you don't see it, then know that you didn't follow Him far enough and quit. Quitters never win and Winners never quit (even the world uses this statement of truth).

The Word of God says you always triumph, you always see the victory. The only reason this would not happen for you is because you quit the race before the finish line. You gave into the contrary evidence that came against you and that evidence became bigger to you then the One you were following, so you stopped following Jesus, and started to follow the natural evidence that was coming against you because you bought into the lie of your adversary the devil. You believed the devil's lie more than you believed God's Truth, so you quit on God and followed His enemy instead.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but the end of that way is death (Prov 14:12). When you follow Jesus (John 10:3-4), the end of that way is ALWAYS triumph, victory, and life. But you must follow Him and never quit until you cross the finish line and enter into the victory that God promised you through His Word.

Jesus ALWAYS leads to victory. Are you willing to follow Him until you get there? If you do, you'll enjoy the victory. If you don't, then you'll join that large group of God's children who tried the Word (way), but gave up and said, "the Word didn't work for me", but in reality the problem was they didn't work the Word by following Jesus all the way to the finish line.

It's time to quit bad mouthing faith and those that live by faith, be still, shut your mouth, and know that if you will follow Jesus all the way to the finish line , you will see and experience the victory.

Jesus ALWAYS leads to victory!!! Will you follow Him long enough to get there? If you don't, don't bad mouth God and His Word, and don't bad mouth the guy who is still in the race following Jesus by faith until he reaps the victory. If you have quit following Jesus because you became weary and gave up, then I encourage you today to repent before God, reenter the race and follow Jesus all the way to the finish line and enjoy the victory that awaits you there. God has promised it, so you can know that it's there!

Doing Good For A Reason

James 4:17 says, "to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin."

The gospel is the Good News or a good message. The Gospel is the Word of God. To know the Word, but not do it, is sin. If you know that the Word says, "by His stripes you were healed"

(1 Pet 2:24), but your body declares it's sick, then to do good is to confess the Word of God instead of agreeing with your body. This is called living by faith ( the world and the carnal church call it something else, but I only call it what God calls it--TRUTH). Faith pleases God (Heb 11:6), and God watches over His Word to perform it (Jer 1:12).

Rom 2:10 says, "you have to work what is good". It takes effort to walk by faith. It takes no effort to walk by your natural senses. Most people go by the way of least resistance which leads to death (Prov 14:12). Faith leads to life but you have to work it (Phil 2:12).

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith......Gal 6:9-10
